Absolutely love this place, second time going and they nail the designs every time. Went for the uv gel extensions this time as the gel x does not last on shorter nails (they told me that I was just too stubborn lol). Loved Angela and she was so so lovely and did an awesome job! Will be back for sure ⭐️
1. asked them twice before they started if they could do aura nails and showed a picture, they said yes and then confirmed. they couldn’t. the guy tried to paint circles and ovals on with random squiggles. a toddler could have done better. confirmed they had no airbrush or sponge so couldn’t do aura nails at all. i wouldn’t have gotten my nails done there or gotten extensions has they been honest. 2. asked me repeatedly to pay cash no matter how many times i said i don’t have any. tried to make me prove i tipped him on venmo before i left, which made me cut the tip in half. 3. the color faded off the nails at the bottoms of almost all of them in less than 24 hours. they now look horrible. 4. made me bleed, cut open my pinky cuticle. i cannot believe i paid any money for this nail job, let alone bothered tipping anything.
Don’t recommend. Got a mani pedi and callus removal for $100. Mani is terrible. Terrible cuticle and dry skin removal. Somehow there is dirt under my nails after the appointment. The pedicure polish was terrible with a lot of polish bleeding. The callus removal was incomplete and I asked her why she didn’t scrub it all of and she said it’s not good to scrub it all off?? I’m not sure if I’m young or something but they hate their customers
Highly recommend!! They are the best salon and very consistent. They shape really nicely and my gelX lasts 3-4 weeks! Every time I’ve come, I’m never disappointed (and I’m very picky). They are also incredibly nice and welcoming. I come every month!
I’ve come back to this place many times, but after receiving the worst service this time, I will never return. The staff are usually kind, but if you ask something like, “Can we change this part a bit?” they immediately get upset. This time, I brought a design I wanted — it was very simple. I showed it beforehand, and they told me it was possible, so I sat down. But once they started, they suddenly said they didn’t have the spray needed to do the design, and it ended up looking completely different. The result looked terrible. I didn’t want to pay $85 for something that looked this bad, so I politely asked if they could fix certain parts. But it became clear that they lacked the skill to do so, and the nail technician seemed increasingly irritated and stressed. As a paying customer, I believe it’s normal to make requests, but she became very angry. She started throwing the napkins she used to wipe my nails down at my feet repeatedly, and slammed the bathroom door when she left, as if trying to intimidate or make me feel guilty. It was extremely disrespectful behavior. Eventually, the nail technician was replaced, but by then, 4 out of 5 fingers were already ruined. Only the thumb was redone by a different person, who suddenly started using a completely different sponge and technique. So in the end, all of my nails had mismatched designs. This was truly a terrible experience — not just in terms of the nail design, but more importantly, in how I was treated. A customer should never be made to feel like they’ve done something wrong just for asking for what they want, or be treated like a difficult client for making a reasonable request. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.
